RDC is excited to share that it continues to grow and is investing in people who will continue to exceed the expectations of our customers. This month, RDC has brought five new team members to our headquarters in Fishers, IN.
Earlier this month, Gabe Anguiano and Jessica Jarosinski joined our Fishers Project Management Team!

Jessica is an Indiana University Alumna and has multiple years of experience around operations, sales, and account management. We are very excited to have her be part of the RDC Team!
Gabe recently graduated from Wabash College; he recently became a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM). Additionally, he was selected to be an Orr Fellow.
The Orr Fellowship provides a two-year curriculum designed to challenge and develop fellows, as well as helping grow a strong network, acquiring new skills, and receive mentorship. We are very excited to support Gabe throughout this process!

Ian Emery, Charles Woodford, and Eli Kaser joined our Fishers Installation Team this past week! They focused on industry introduction, safety training, and field service management system training. This week they will be learning product specifications, best working practices, and initiate their fieldwork. Welcome to the Team- Ian, Charles, and Eli- we are glad you are here!
