RDC is proud to share it was recognized as a finalist for the MaxChoice awards presented by ServiceMax at its annual conference in May. ServiceMax has been an essential business application for three years at RDC, helping facilitate work orders, scheduling, time punching, and operational reporting.
The transition to ServiceMax was the start of an investment in the future for RDC. As the world gets more mobile, moves faster, and data becomes crucial to all businesses, implementing a tool that fit current business needs and that flexibility for future growth and evolution was vital.
Using ServiceMax has helped RDC gain efficiencies through automating tasks and reminders, integrating software tools for event-based exchange of data, and making smart/data-driven decisions.
The recognition was given for innovative use of ServiceMax and other technology tools.
