ServiceMax has been an essential business application for three years at RDC, helping facilitate work orders, scheduling, time punching, and operational reporting.

The transition to ServiceMax was the start of an investment in the future for RDC. As the world gets more mobile, moves faster, and data becomes crucial to all businesses, implementing a tool that fit current business needs and that flexibility for future growth and evolution was vital.
