Bo Dietrick

May, 2022

Robert Dietrick Co., Inc. has been named as one of the Top Places to work in Central Indiana on the IndyStar’s 2022 winner’s list. Surveyed by Energage, 2,173 organizations were invited to participate, and 108 employers were named to the list in the categories of Large, Midsize, and Small Businesses. RDC had a 77% response rate out of 93 employees anonymously polled in early 2022.

This is the first time that Robert Dietrick Company has participated in this regional program and is honored to have been recognized by RDC employees as a Top Place to Work in the category of Small Business, which is defined as companies with 50 to 149 employees. RDC is a manufacturer’s representative who solves problems for customers at the loading dock and in the warehouse or production facility. We help facilities work faster, smarter, and safer with less downtime. Our representatives bring a multitude of industrial solutions to overcome different challenges from concept through to completion. It is these representatives who have voiced support of RDC as a top place to work in the region.

Indy Star Top Work Places

Robert Dietrick Company remains committed to the success of both our customers and our employees. While we strive to partner with innovative manufacturers on the cutting edge, we recognize ourselves as an Indiana business that can be a source of career growth and development for participants in the local economy. The RDC Leadership Team would like to thank our people for bestowing this title and thank IndyStar and Energage for moderating this annual recognition.
