RDC: An Essential Business During “STAY HOME” Order

Bob Dietrick

March, 2020

The Robert Dietrick Company is aware that the state of Indiana and surrounding states have issued “stay at home,” or “shelter in place,” orders in response to the growing number of COVID-19 cases in the United States. This order does not apply to individuals performing certain essential work activities that must continue throughout the order.

RDC is deemed an essential business, as the primary supplier and service provider of industrial equipment for many important local businesses, such as food production, pharmaceutical, and general manufacturing and distribution of goods. Our employees are considered service providers and specially trained maintenance professionals of products in a facility whose operation is critical to business effectiveness.

Our stance during the battle against COVID-19 is to keep as many employees as possible home and off of the roads, but in many cases, our customers require our presence and participation in their own essential business practices. Our team is standing by to assist in the continued production of food and materials that will assist with this viral fight.

If you have any questions regarding this policy or the stance of our company, please call us directly at 1-800-832-8314.

Best Regards,

Robert N. Dietrick
