To Our Valued RDC Customers,

At Robert Dietrick Company, we strive to be the most trusted provider of industrial solutions in your area. As such, we are closely monitoring the Global COVID-19 situation via the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, and with local health administrators.

To date, we have taken a number of proactive measures to help ensure the health and safety of customers and employees across all of our locations and territories. We have established a cross-functional team to assess the best prevention methods across our locations and are taking additional preventative measures to help stop the potential spread of COVID-19 within our locations. Some of these measures include:

  • Handwashing protocols with an increased focus on washing between customer sites.
  • Hand sanitizer, where available, will be utilized throughout our service trucks for our teammates.
  • Increased awareness of respiratory etiquette to protect the health of high-risk individuals.

Our employees have also been asked to stay home should they not feel well enough to come to work, and we have several office-based employees who are now conducting their normal business practices remotely.

The goal of RDC is to remain open and available 24/7 to service any of the industrial equipment at your facility that requires our attention.

Rest assured, the safety of our employees and customers remains our top priority. The steps noted above are to protect both our employees and customers while providing service to the communities we serve. Please accept our thanks in advance for your help and understanding as we all work together during this challenging time.

Best Regards,

Robert N. Dietrick
President
