» Benefits For Full-Time Employees
Healthcare
Our plan provides medical, dental, and vision on the first of the following month after the start day. Employees can choose to participate in all coverages or dental and/or vision only. Employees can also enroll in a Health Savings Account (HSA) matched by RDC to help offset healthcare costs.
Life insurance
Life Insurance coverage is provided to all employees through Guardian Insurance. The coverage is a group term policy that provides a benefit of $25,000 at no cost to the employee.
Short Term Disability
RDC employees can elect to participate in the Short-Term Disability program via convenient payroll deduction.
Long Term Disability
RDC provides long-term disability coverage to all employees. Coverage begins after 91 days of employment and provides income replacement of up to 50%. There is no cost to employees for this program.
Voluntary Life and AD&D
Should you wish to supplement the life and AD&D policies provided by RDC you may do so at competitive group rates via convenient payroll deduction. Coverage may also be purchased for spouses and children.
Accidental Death & Dismemberment
An AD&D policy is also provided to all RDC employees through Guardian Insurance. The benefit is $25,000 at no cost to the employee.
RDC’s Retirement Savings Plan & Finance Management
RDC provides an excellent retirement program that includes a profit-sharing component as well as an option to save money on a tax-deferred basis via a 401(k) plan with a company match of 50% of the employee’s salary up to 6%. Additionally, all RDC employees have access to a financial advisor.
Paid Time Off
RDC provides up to four weeks of paid vacation time as well as nine paid holidays.
